AL-Mustafa Trust Medical Center Lalazar Rawalpindi Shifting of Medical Center to New location

Brig Sadiq Ali Choudhry (Retd) donated a five bed rooms house along with adjoining 6 marlas land at Al-Hassan street, New Lalazar Rawalpindi to establish a dispensary to provide free medical care to residents of the area. He also authorized Al Mustafa Trust to sell this property and establish the dispensary on any other suitable location, if required. The dispensary was converted into Medical Center in 01 July 2012

The center was located away from the main road and the patients were facing problems. It was therefore, decided to dispose off the existing premises and purchase another building on the main road. Consequently, the existing premises was dispose off for Rs 8 million and another building on the main road near Askari 7 was purchased for Rs 15 million. The additional amount was donated by one of our Trustees. An amount of Rs 2 million was donated by another Trustee for renovation of the building and the Medical Center after renovation started functioning in the new location on 01 Jan 2016.

Al-Mustafa Trust Medical Centre Mandra

The centre is located on GT Road 35 km away from Rawalpindi towards Jhelum. It is a joint venture of Raja Muhammad Amin, a notable of the area, Lt Gen Muhammad Mustafa Khan (Retd) and Lt Col Javed Iqbal Bangash (Retd). The centre was sponsored by Raja Muhammad Amin, who donated one Kanal of land and constructed basement of the building before transferring it in the name of Al-Mustafa Trust. Lt Gen Muhammad Mustafa Khan (R) and Lt Col Javed Iqbal Bangash (R) then undertook to complete the centre from their own sources. The centre has three floors and caters for the accommodation of Medical Officer also. Opening ceremony of the medical centre was performed by Lt Gen Ghulam Muhammmad Malik (Retd) on 16th April 2016.

Inauguration of Al Mustafa Trust Medical Centre Jewra, Kahuta

Al Mustafa Trust Medical Centre Jewra, Kahuta was inaugurated by the Chairman Al-Mustafa Trust Lt Gen Muhammad Mustafa Khan (Retd) on 13 May 2017 in a simple but impressive ceremony. This is the 26th facility of Al-Mustafa Trust throughout Pakistan providing free medical treatment in the primary health care field.  The ceremony was attended by Patron of the Al-Mustafa Trust Lt Gen Ghulam Muhammad Malik (Retd), Dr. Sahib Zada Sajid-ur-Rehman, Ex Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Sardar Muhammad Aslam, Admiral Mukhtar Khan, notables including social and political personalities and large number of residents of the area. The centre besides providing medical facility to Villages of Tehsil Kahuta will also cater for the needs of the adjoining areas of Azad Kashmir.

Inauguration of Al Mustafa Trust Medical Centre New Dhokri, Khushab

Inauguration of Al Mustafa Trust Medical Centre New Dhokri was performed jointly by Lt Gen Ghulam Muhammad Malik (Retd) Patron and Lt Gen Muhammad Mustafa Khan (Retd) Chairman of the Trust on 22 April, 2017. This is the 26th medical facility of the Trust in Pakistan. The Medical Centre is about 50 KM from Khushab located in the picturesque foot hill of the Salt Range. The land for the Centre and cost of construction of the Medical Centre has been donated by Brig (R) Ahmad Nawaz Zafar and his family. The Centre will provide medical aid to villages/ dhoks located in the Salt Range area.

 

Inauguration of Al Mustafa Trust Dispensary Barh, Kohat

The Dispensary has been constructed by Lt Col Javed Iqbal Bangash (Retd) in his native village and equipped by Al Mustafa Trust. The dispensary was inaugurated by Lt Gen Muhammad Mustafa Khan (Retd) ,Chairman Al Mustafa Trust on 25 March 2017.

 

Assistance By the Government of Japan to Al Mustafa Trust

Mr. Junya Matsuura, Charge’d’ affairs and interim Embassador of Japan to Islamic Republic of Pakistan and Lt Gen Muhammad Mustafa Khan (Retd) signed an agreement for grant of US Dollar 83230/- for purchase of Physiotherapy equipment and X-Ray machine for Main Medical Centre Chaklala Rawalpindi. The signing of Grant Contract was held in the auditorium of Al-Mustafa Trust Chaklala Rawalpindi in a simple but impressive ceremony on 21 March 2017. This is the second assistance after the Initial grant offered by the Government of Japan for the establishment of a Physiotherapy Centre at Al Mustafa Medical Centre Chak Sada, Gujrat in 2014. His Excellency Mr.  Junya Matsuura and Lt Gen Muhammad Mustafa Khan (Retd) expressed the hope that our cooperation will grow with the passage of time.

 

Inauguration of Al-Mustafa Trust Medical Centre PECHS-6 Mahmoodabad,Karachi

The inauguration ceremony of Al Mustafa Trust Medical Centre PECHS-6 Mahmoodabad, Karachi established in the memory of late Mr Muhammad Ismail Dawaiwala was performed on 29 Jan 2017 by Mr. Haroon Ismail (His Son). The ceremony was followed by dua for the success of the project. The ceremony was attended by approximately 100 persons including Trustees/friends of the trust and members of the Lions Club.The chairman welcoming the guests stated that the building of the centre has been donated by Mr. Anis Ibrahim and his family who have also borne the expenditure for its renovation. An eye clinic is also being established in the centre with the assistance of the Lions Club.

 

Al Mustafa Trust Mobile Clinic Sher Garh District Sargodha

Al Mustafa Trust Mobile Clinic Sher Garh District Sargodha has started functioning with effect from 01 Oct, 2016. The Clinic has been established in cooperation with Fatima Trust. The Clinic will operate under arrangements of Project Director Al Mustafa Trust Sillanwali Sargodha.

Inauguration of Al Mustafa Trust Dispensary Toba Tek Singh Dist. Faisalabad

Inauguration of Al-Mustafa Trust Mobile Dispensary Toba Tek Singh was performed by Brig Muhammad Sarfaraz (R) VC and CEO of Al-Mustafa Trust on 20 October 2016. The dispensary has been established in Chak No 346 Toba Tek Singh in cooperation with Association of Pakistan Physicians and Surgeon of UK (APPS UK Foundation) and will provide primary medical care to six other surrounding Villages/Chaks of the area.  APPS UK Foundation was represented by Dr Abdul Hafeez and the ceremony was attended by large number of locals of surrounding area. 

 

 

Medical Camp for Diabetics at Danda Shah Bilawal

A medical camp for treatment of diabetics was arranged at Al Mustafa Trust Medical Centre Danda Shah Bilawal with cooperation of the Diabetes Centre Islamabad. Having made announcements in and around camp well in time, screening of patients was done on 17, 18 and 19 October. About 100 real diabetics were selected for treatment by specialists. Three endocrinologists including two lady doctors, attended to patients. All patients tested for fasting and random sugar, urea and creatinine and HbA 1c levels and provided free medicines. The Diabetes Centre management also agreed to provide telemedicine facility to our diabetic patients of Danda Shah Bilawal through their network. Over all it was a great success in enhancing awareness about the disease and its management by patients. 

Earth Breaking Ceremony of Al Mustafa Trust Medical Centre Korangi-Karachi

Earth Breaking ceremony of Al Mustafa Trust Medical Centre Korangi was held at Coast Guard Korangi – Karachi by the Chairman Lt Gen Muhammad Mustafa khan (Retd) on 02 September 2016 (Friday). The facility is being established on a five kanals plot donated by Headquarters Coast Guard Karachi under an agreement with Al Mustafa Trust. The ceremony was attended by a large number of Trustees and notables of the area. Al Mustafa Trust thanks Coast Guard Korangi for making excellent arrangements for the function at a short notice.

Opening Ceremony of Al Mustafa Trust Medical Centre Bhara Kahu

Opening ceremony of the Al Mustafa Trust medical Centre Bhara Kahu was performed by the Patron of the Trust Lt Gen Ghulam Muhammad Malik (Retd) on 20 Aug 2016. The centre has been established in a house in PTV Colony Bhara Kahu donated to the Trust by the Lt Col Muhammad Israr (Retd) and his wife Arshi Bhatti. The ceremony was attended by the Chairman, Trustees from Al Mustafa Trust Head office and notable of the area.

Inauguration ceremony of Al Mustafa Trust Dispensary Dina was held at Mota Garbi by the Chairman Lt Gen Muhammad Mustafa khan (Retd) on 18 August 2016. The facility has been established as per the agreement between Al Mustafa Trust and the Association of Pakistani Physicians and Surgeon UK (APPS UK Foundation) who will be responsible to bear its recurring cost. The ceremony was attended by a large number of the locals and notables of the area.
